Production Enhancement Group, Inc. (PEG) is a Houston-based energy services company incorporated in Alberta, Canada. As a holding company, PEG provides corporate support, financing, administrative assistance, management systems, and marketing services for its operating subsidiaries. On April 19, 2006, PEG became a publicly held company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

PEG owns and has the exclusive global rights to the patented WISE® multifunction coiled tubing (CT) technologies, which combine a number of well intervention applications (eg. a coiled tubing unit, fluid pump and nitrogen unit) driven by a single power source. Compact, lightweight WISE® CT skids can be trailer-mounted for onshore use or transported separately for offshore use. WISE® technologies provide customers with significant cost savings in the form of transportation savings, reduction in the time required to rig up and rig down each job site, reduced number of required personnel, and safer operations.

At the time PEG became public, it acquired two established companies that formed the foundation of its well intervention operations. The first company, Production Enhancement Technology LLC, based in Lafayette, Louisiana, originated and developed WISE® patented multifunction coiled tubing technology and marketed a full range of coiled tubing and related services. The second company, A to Z Pressure Pump Services, specialized in pressure pumping services for well intervention applications and is based in Broussard, Louisiana.

PEG formed a wholly owned subsidiary, PET International, Inc., to oversee marketing of well intervention services through PET and A to Z. PEG's management team consists of executives who have managed large energy service operations, are from an environment of technical innovation in coiled tubing and pressure pumping services, or have developed and financed acquisition-oriented enterprises of substantial size, and who are intent on building a leading international well intervention services company.

PEG's focus to date has been on marketing WISE® multifunction coiled tubing technologies and pressure pumping services in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and the Gulf of Mexico. The Company intends to exploit the growing demand for specialized coiled tubing and related services by executing an agressive growth strategy based on exploiting the proven competitive advantages of WISE® patented multifunction coiled tubing technology, through organic expansion and acquisitions in North America and joint ventures in other parts of the world.
